Barrington Music Institute had taken over the reins of an established music school that was in the Barrington area for over 30 years. The challenge was to rebrand the school with a young new look while maintaining the noted reputation of the established music school. It was important to keep the trust and enrollment of existing families. The logo design had to say, - "yes, we are a credible music school" and "we have an exciting youth music program."
WEBSITE – Using photos of existing students made a personal connection with current music school families, promoting the feeling of familiarity and community. No stock photos were used on the website.
PRINT – Barrington Music School announces concerts, recitals, audition information and special events through effective poster and village sign campaigns. The business community graciously provides window space to the music school and the events get great promotion.
OUTDOOR – In August of 2016, the school aimed to increase enrollment of the Barrington Youth Orchestra. This was accomplished with audition signs strategically placed close to middle schools and high schools in the Barrington and Lake Zurich areas. Enrollment in the Barrington Youth Orchestra doubled in September 2016
